Make Believe is the fifth studio album by American rock band Weezer, released on May 10, 2005 by Geffen Records. The album was considered to be a return to some of the emotionally vulnerable lyrics of Weezer's previous releases, and due to the strength of the hit single "Beverly Hills", the album was a commercial success. In addition, "Beverly Hills" also gained Weezer's first Grammy nomination for Best Rock Song

More beatdown disco badassery from camp Sleaze, courtesy of Melbournes Francis Inferno Orchestra (FIO), whose profile is skyrocketing after a string of stellar releases on Dikso, Wolf Music and Under The Shade. Unsurprisingly, The Night He Came Home<, his debut EP on Sleazy Beats Recordings, is a right clusterbomb of a record.

The team releases the first dud. After so many great releases on past and present labels, this was quite uninspiring. Relies too heavy on just loops on all the tracks. Sounds good but runs boring pretty quick to my ears.Fillers no killers...

ijustspeak: I fully agree. My feeling is, that make believe disco never ever released such lovely and inspiring music than sleazy beats. Just my opinion. And I also bought the first two releases of the make believe disco label, but it never reach to the quality of most previous sleazy beats releases. That’s a pity, cause I never get bored of the only SB vinyl I own and I still looking for more stuff like that. Even if I would appreciate it, I really hope they don’t repress any of those. Martin

agree with your opinion ... but there is a track who deserve some attention "Mostly You" . i like this one ! cheers

I see where you are coming from but perhaps it's a bit disrespectful to the producer to call it a dud. This, however, the first record from any of the Sleazy/Black Ops/MBD stuff that I haven't bought. Looking forward to hearing what comes out next!
