Start Over is an album released by R&B artist Cheryl Lynn in 1987. This album also marks Lynn's recording debut on Manhattan Records, though it would be her only album for this label. The difference is that "from the top" is associated with things that have a definite beginning or starting point, rather unambiguous, though one could also start in the middle, but there is still a beginning point known to all; while "with the top" is associated with having to start a job or action somewhere so why not there - there is no obvious "beginning". point to a building or a wall, right?

My name is Martin Fowler: I’m an author, speaker, and loud-mouth on the design of enterprise software. This site is dedicated to improving the profession of software development, with a focus on skills and techniques that will last a developer for most of their career. It was originally just my personal site, but over the last few years many colleagues have written excellent material that I’ve been happy to host here. I work for ThoughtWorks, a really rather good software delivery and consulting company.
