Consisting of four lengthy, immersive tracks, Molecules of Motion is another astounding disc of Berlin-school electronics from master craftsman Steve Roach. Following Spiral Revelation, this was Roach's second release to be nominated for a Grammy award in the New Age category, but from the outset, the album almost sounds too intense for such a label. Some of Roach's albums are calm, quiet, and still; this is not one of them. Very busy and almost blindingly bright at times, the music rockets through the galaxy, wandering and exploring with a clear sense of direction.
