The aurora borealis, also called the Northern Lights, is a multi-colored brilliant light show in the Earth's atmosphere that is caused by the collision of gas particles in the Earth's atmosphere with charged electrons from the sun's atmosphere. The aurora borealis is most often viewed at high latitudes close to the magnetic north pole but during times of maximum activity, they can be viewed very far south of the Arctic Circle  . The aurora australis is created the same way as the aurora borealis and it has the same appearance of dancing, colored lights in the sky. The best time to view the aurora australis is from March to September because the Antarctic Circle experiences the most darkness during this period.

Northern Lights tours are run between September and April, and within this range, there is not really an optimum time. In November, December and January, the nights are the darkest, allowing you to start seeking the aurora borealis from mid-afternoon and continue until nearly noon the next day if you are so inclined. Another advantage of coming in midwinter is that it allows you to witness this country under a blanket of snow, and to make the most of Iceland’s other winter phenomena, most notably the crystal blue ice caves, which are found in few other places worldwide. In spite of this, the aurora borealis can still be seen faintly during the short hours of darkness at the very beginning and end of summer. Usually, they will be seen dimly against a dusky sky, often making for a uniquely beautiful display considering how vivid the colours of Iceland’s sunsets can be.

Download Abigail Johnson Aurora Borealis (Piano, Violin, and Cello) sheet music. Digital score of Aurora Borealis (Piano, Violin, and Cello). Aurora Borealis, written in the keys of A major and A minor, will make a great addition to your piano trio repertoire. The complete score is a full 7 pages in length (approx. 2:20 duration); separate violin and cello music scores are also included. The difficulty levels between the parts of the piano trio vary as the piece was composed for a late intermediate pianist, level 2 violinist, and beginning cellist. Abigail Johnson is a piano teacher in Pennsylvania, and she enjoys creating piano ensembles for her piano students

Sun down - Lights Acclaimed post rock, ambient belgian band "Aurora Borealis" is mixing on "Goodbye" exactly what you would expect : emotional music. The well-known song "Goodbye" from their self-titled album "Aurora Borealis", eleven years old already, is finally given its best with an outstanding production, providing ethereal ambiances and the power of rock music  . Hexagram This is a masterpiece. So sentimental and strong. The guitar fits in so well with the piano.

Violin is a music instrument that produces a soothing sound and is so emotional. This is dark and suspenseful piano music, full of tension and mystery. Great for mysterious documentary films, scary and horror background, fear and thriller trailer, drama and cinematic piano intro, criminal and danger scenes and much more. Muddy Road Underscore.
