Love Songs is a compilation album by the American rock band Heart. It was released January 10, 2006.

Pure Pure Heart (ぴゅあぴゅあはーと) is an insert song by Ho-kago Tea Time, produced by Pony Canyon and published on 2 June 2010 within the album of the same name. It was published a second time on the album Ho-kago Tea Time II on 27 October 2010. The song was sung by Mio Akiyama's voice actress Yōko Hikasa. As an insert song, "Pure Pure Heart" has made one or more appearances during the K-ON! anime: In Season 2, Episode 7 (Tea Party!) during Ho-kago Tea Time's tea party and concert for Mio's fan club.

The song is pure swing and pure gold. 7. Michael Brecker – ‘Escher Sketch’ He was taken from us all too early, as this tune testifies. 14. Hank Mobley – ‘Soul Station’ His playing is warm, but most of all it’s swinging and lush as well as full. 15. John Coltrane – ‘I Love You’ He’s so melodic and at the same time so lyrical. Zoot Sims – ‘Oh Lady Be Good’ If you want to know how hard a saxophone can swing then this is the place to start. Gene Ammons – ‘Canadian Sunset’ A perfect tenor saxophone outing from one of the most underrated players. 18. Johnny Hodges – ‘Indian Summer’ How good is Johnny Hodges? So good he stopped Francis Albert in his tracks.

Endless Love" by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie. The producers of the film Endless Love were looking for a breakout song for their film starring Brooke Shields. Hence, this famous Ross and Richie melody was born. It also appeared on their 1981 album Why Do Fools Fall in Love. The Power of Love" by Celine Dion. A sensuous and intense remake from the 1993 album The Color of My Love. This power ballad from the 1983 album Frontiers is one of the few Journey songs to lack a chorus. It's all about staying in love, even when you're apart, and falling head over heels every time you meet again. You Make Loving Fun" by Fleetwood Mac. A let-your-hair-down type of love song from the 1977 Rumors Album. It's optimistic, fun and upbeat, despite the fact that everyone in Fleetwood Mac was having relationship issues at the time. You're the Inspiration" by Chicago.

These were the best new romantic love songs of 2018, worth playing on-repeat. All the feels required. We take our love songs very seriously, and if the past year is any indication of the bullshit we'll continue to encounter in 2019, we're going to need them. Of course, there will always be a special place in our hearts for the classics, but there's nothing like a fresh song to put us in our feels five (or 10?) times over. Hit play and pretend you're in a romantic music video with the best new love songs 2018 has to offer, below. Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" - Mark Ronson ft. Miley Cyrus

Daniel Caesar’s album Case Study 01 arrived with little in the way of fanfare. In fact, the Canadian crooner’s second record was only announced on Wednesday – strange given that his 2017 debut, the Grammy-nominated Freudian, was met with such critical acclaim. With its gospel influences and breezy acoustic guitars, the album stood out in an era of hedonistic, synth-driven R&B pioneered by his Toronto peers, Drake and The Weeknd. We’ll tell you what’s true. BMTH frontman Oli Sykes wants to assert the fragility of the boundary between love and hate. For a start, the range of guest performers is a cornucopia of contemporary soul and hip-hop collaborators: vocalists Moses Sumney, Roots Manuva, Heidi Vogel, Grey Reverend and Tawiah; strings player Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, and keyboardist Dennis Hamm – both of whom have worked with Flying Lotus and Thundercat.

In September 1989, they brought us to London for a prestigious gig at the Institute of Contemporary Arts. They had seen impressive American bands like Dinosaur J. Sonic Youth, and Big Black. Gemini was released as part of the 2010 guitar-pop mini-boom, but it could just as easily have been recorded in 1989. Jack Tatum’s first album as Wild Nothing is full of songs that exist just outside the margins of your memory: Haven’t I heard this before? Isn’t this guitar part familiar? Didn’t an ex-boyfriend make me a mixtape with Drifter sandwiched between Cocteau Twins deep cuts? Tatum put Gemini together while studying at Virginia Tech, and its amateurish charm separates the album from his more expansive, polished later work.
