Be is the sixth studio album by American rapper Common. It was released on May 24, 2005, by Geffen Records and GOOD Music. The album was primarily produced by rapper Kanye West. It debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200, with first-week sales of 185,000 copies in the United States. The album is Common's second album to sell over 500,000 copies (over 800,000 copies sold), becoming a certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

This song was part of an album meant as a tribute to J Dilla, as Kanye purposefully produced the album in a style paying homage to J Dilla.
Common People" is a song by English alternative rock band Pulp, released in May 1995 as the lead single off their fifth studio album Different Class. It reached number two on the UK Singles Chart, becoming a defining track of the Britpop movement and Pulp's signature song in the process. Love of the Common People (album). Love of the Common People is a 1967 album by Waylon Jennings on RCA Victor, and the title selection of the album is the selection of the same title. In his autobiography, Jennings proclaimed his fondness for the title track: "It had it all, the horn stabs that I loved so much, an insistent piano figure that lodged in your brain, and four (count 'em) key modulations upward, so the song never stopped getting you higher
The reissue of the album features two bonus tracks, including the Harlan Howard song "The Chokin' Kind, which rose to for Jennings in 1968. Love of the Common People reached on the Billboard country albums chart.
