Bill Skins Fifth was an experimental-noise group from Houston, Texas that featured early Black Leather Jesus members: Randi Shrum-Houston and Richard Ramirez, along with Jonee Longoria. Bill Skins Fifth existed from 1991-1994. Sadly, band member Randi Shrum-Houston (wife of Scott Houston) passed away. This group existed before the other horrible metal band with the same name.
