Manipulator is the third studio album from Mukilteo, Washington's The Fall of Troy. It was released on May 1, 2007 through Equal Vision Records, and is the follow-up to their previous 2005 effort, Doppelgänger. The title of the album is taken from the song "Sledgehammer". The album was written in 2006 during what was to vocalist/guitarist Thomas Erak "a really dark time" in his life.

Manipulator is the seventh studio album by American rock musician Ty Segall, released on August 25, 2014 on Drag City. The album took 14 months to complete, much longer than any previous Segall release. It was also his longest album at the time, clocking in at 56 minutes.
