Vjetar s Dinare (Wind from the Dinara) is an album of the Croatian singer Thompson. It was released in 1998. The opening track Zaustavi se vjetre plays out as a conversation between Thompson and the Dinaric winds, sung by a Dalmatian klapa, in which Thompson begs the winds to tell him about his family. Prijatelji, or "Friends", is a song about reminiscence of wartime friends, and deals with topics of post-war delusion feelings of veterans.

Marko Perković (born 27 October 1966) is a Croatian musician, who has been the lead singer of the band Thompson since 1991. Perković was born in Čavoglave village, SFR Yugoslavia. He participated in the Croatian War of Independence (1991–95), during which he started his career with the patriotic song "Bojna Čavoglave". In 2002 he started his first major tour after the release of the E, moj narode album.

Vjetar s Dinare (Wind from the Dinara) is an album of the Croatian singer Thompson. Albums of recorded music were developed in the early 20th century, first as books of individual 78rpm records, vinyl LPs are still issued, though in the 21st century album sales have mostly focused on compact disc and MP3 formats. The audio cassette was a format used from the late 1970s through to the 1990s alongside vinyl, an album may be recorded in a recording studio, in a concert venue, at home, in the field, or a mix of places.
