MoonCakes - XtraXcellent ‎(CD, Album). Delirium Music Works. Writing & Arrangement. Airdash - Thank God It's Monday (Album).

A mooncake is a Chinese bakery product traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節). The festival is for lunar appreciation and moon watching, when mooncakes are regarded as an indispensable delicacy. The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the four most important Chinese festivals.

Aye, mooncake red bean in the bread roll 多谢奶奶爷爷 for the red envelopes Aye, lotus seed filling with the egg yolk And grandma got me a chain that's golden yellow Aye, mooncakes reminiscing on my past life Mama in the kitchen cooking something pan fried Daddy just came home from the restaurant And it look like.

Mooncakes are Chinese pastries with highly-varied fillings, generally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Mooncakes are symbols of reunion and happiness. Mooncakes are Round or Square Stuffed Pastries. Mooncakes typically measure around 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches) across and up to 5 cm (2 inches) deep. Most mooncakes have a pastry skin enveloping a sweet, dense filling. They are generally served with Chinese tea, and, very rarely, mooncakes are served steamed or fried. Mooncakes Symbolize Family Reunion.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, Mott 32 has once again partnered with the Picasso of pastry, Pierre Hermé, to bring a first ever-exclusive range of mooncakes that reinvent the traditional Chinese mooncake with unique flavours, textures and presentation.
