About Hundred Million Martians. With their slapstick style of punk and power pop, the quintet of Hundred Million Martians brought on their uppity influence of the Ramones to their Arctic native of Turku, Finland. Consisting of Jyrki Mäkelä (vocals), Seppo Lehdonkivi (guitar), Tuomas Pelttari (guitar), Pasi Hjerppe (bass), and Jarkko Lehti (drums), Hiljaiset Levyt Records eventually released their debut full-length Martian Arts in 1997, followed by their second album Mars Bars two years later.

Hundred Million" is a song by Canadian rock band Treble Charger. It was released as the lead single from the band's fourth album, Detox. The song features backing vocals by Deryck Whibley and percussion by Steve Jocz, both from Sum 41. The song received a CASBY Award for "Favourite New Single" in 2002. The song is featured in the EA Sports hockey game NHL 2003.

Hundred Million Martians are Jyrki (vocals/guitar), Pasi (bass/backing vocals), Jarkko (drums) and me, Ari (guitar). We met on our home planet Mars and decided to make a great rock’n’roll band and use it to conquer the Earth. So we did, and Hundred Million Martians has released four albums and a bunch of EP:s and singles since 1996. The first part of our master plan worked out great, but the world-conquering part is a bit trickier. Maybe we should have landed somewhere else than Turku, Finland.
