The Cambridge Folk Festival is an annual music festival, established in 1965, held on the site of Cherry Hinton Hall in Cherry Hinton, one of the villages subsumed by the city of Cambridge, England. The festival is renowned for its eclectic mix of music and a wide definition of what might be considered folk. It occurs over a long weekend (3½ days) in summer at Cherry Hinton Hall

Edinburgh Folk Club is an organisation which exists to foster an interest in the wide international. Continuing his collaboration with English songwriter, Boo Hewerdine, this new album combines freshly-penned originals with classics and rarities from Glasgows vast and colourful ballad canon, by authors as diverse as Hamish Imlach and The Blue Nile.
