The Tension and the Spark is the second studio album by Darren Hayes, released in 2004. The album was a change for Hayes, who took a more electronic and darker style for this record and also delved deeper into more personal matter. During the recording, the singer has returned his old and traditional black hair which is used for the 1990s and Savage Garden era, before their split in October 2001.

Spin is the first solo album released by former Savage Garden member Darren Hayes. The album was mixed by Chris Lord-Alge and produced by Walter Afanasieff. It was released in Australia in March 2002 and reached the rest of the world later that year. Hayes, continuing the trend from his years as Savage Garden's frontman, addresses romance on almost every track on the album.

If you feel stressed or tense before going to sleep at night, a glass of milk, warm or cold can make you feel more relaxed. Think about the thoughts that are causing you the stress and tension. In many cases, it is possible that you have created a mountain in your mind that does not exist in reality.

Four ways to release jaw tension using herbs, oils, psychology, stretching, and tongue posture to reduce pain and increase energy. Although there can be many causes, a primary reason for jaw tension often goes undiagnosed. It’s the same cause for most chronic pain, as medical pioneer Dr. John Sarno discovered: repressed emotions, mostly rage. This repressed rage begins developing in childhood and builds steam into adulthood. Our bodies hold tension in the masseter muscles of the jaw as a way of mitigating some of this repressed rage.
