This was never commercially released. Some copies were sold via the Wax Trax! Monumentary Kickstarter campaign. These included a Wax Trax! Records Official Archieves Authorized Collection Certificate which is machined numbered and hand-signed by Julia Nash. Pledge orders also included a personalized Wax Trax! thank you card signed by Julia.

The item was described on the Kickstarter page as: Scheduled for release as WAX 8165, this Front Line Assembly EP never made it past the test pressing stage. This was the true bridge between Caustic Grip and TNI arranged the way it was meant to be heard.
One of the few I don't have from FLA. I wish I had more $$ when I went tot he Wax Trax pop up store in '14.I did buy the Test Pressing of Front 242 / Official Version.

Is there any other way to own this record? Other than the one track mentioned in the comments, has any of this been released?

I grabbed the last copy for sale at the Industrial Accident mini tour in Austin a month ago. Some of the songs exist online but they have been reworked. Only way to get a copy at this point is from one of us that lucked out and got a copy.

Great record Shame it never got a full release at the time. You see some of the weaker songs on this in a whole new light when listened to in this arrangement. Reanimate is very powerful though and at that time before it was released as a B side on The Blade EP would have been given rave reviews. Glad after 28 years searching finally got a copy!!
