Buzzard's Original Savannah Band was a big band- and swing-influenced disco band, formed in the Bronx, New York. They are best known for their US dance hit, "Cherchez La Femme/Se Si Bon", from their self-titled debut album. The band was conceived by half-brothers Stony Browder Jr. (February 7, 1949 – October 6, 2001) and Thomas Browder (also known as August Darnell, born August 12, 1950), with the former writing music and the latter lyrics.

Buzzard Is a Very Unique sound, using a big-band approach with R&B and jazz elements. It is a shame that I only know of 2 album by Dr. Buzzard and one by Kid Creole. I feel it was well worth the price even though they are repeats from his original Savanna Band.
