Foolish is the fourth studio album by American indie rock band Superchunk. It was recorded November 30 through December 2, 1993, at Pachyderm Studios, by Brian Paulson and mixed by the band and Paulson at Steve Albini's home studio. The album was released by Merge Records in 1994.

Durium records were published about four weeks after they were recorded. They cost one shilling and were published on Friday, pay-day for the British employees. The selection method was the same as the American model. Hits-of-the-day, made famous by radio broadcasts and movies were recorded by musicians from leading English dance bands. The sound of the music was sophisticated, rhythmic, witty and, like a good sauce or perfume, it also had that certain something! The regular weekly issues had the EN-catalogue number and started with the durium EN-0.
