The Getaway marks the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 11th LP and first since 2011’s I’m With You. Danger Mouse produced the record, with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich on mixing duties. Album art and a complete track list are below. Anthony Kiedis spoke with Rolling Stone in October, prior to the Chili Peppers’ annual Silverlake Benefit show, and detailed the band’s creative progress. The torture about doing this is that we’ve been writing new music for the last year, and we’ve written some songs that I feel are as good as any songs we’ve ever written, Kiedis said.

Red Hot Chili Peppers are an American rock band. The band started in 1983 in Los Angeles, California. The state of California has been a theme in many of their songs. The members of the band are singer Anthony Kiedis, bass guitarist Flea, guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, and drummer Chad Smith. The Red Hot Chili Peppers have released ten studio albums. Their early albums consisted of a mix of Rock and Funk, and were not very successful

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are a Grammy-award winning American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1983. For most of its career, the band has consisted of vocalist Anthony Kiedis, guitarist John Frusciante, bassist Michael "Flea" Balzary, and drummer Chad Smith. The band's varied musical style has fused traditional rock and funk with various elements of heavy metal, punk rock and psychedelic rock. Kiedis, Flea, and Smith employed Dave Navarro of Jane's Addiction for their subsequent album, One Hot Minute (1995). It failed, however, to match the critical acclaim of Blood Sugar Sex Magik and sold fewer than half the copies of its predecessor. Shortly afterwards, Navarro was fired from the band due to creative differences. Show us your talent, perform Rolling Sly Stone Live Tab! Here you can post a video or audio performance.

I have this item won from a radio station contest & can confirm the location it was recorded at.City verified as San Diego ( April 16 1996 ) by the announcer at the start of track 1.Possibly the MSG bootleg is mis identified and is really San Diego? This 2 cd set has all the profanities 'buzzed' out to make it radio friendly, very distinctive ( and the chilis cuss a lot ) :)

I have two audience recordings of the MSG show and this one, and they are not the same show.

I do not own this but this is the same setlist as the 'Live At Madison Square Garden' bootleg. down to the tease of Sweet Home Alabama. So this is most likely to be that show so would have been released on '96 and be a very similar if not the same recording as the bootleg.
