Breakthru" is a song by the British rock band Queen. The single reached number seven in the UK, and peaked at number 6 in the Netherlands and Ireland, but failed to chart in the US. The song is notable for its video where the group is performing the song on an open platform of a fast-moving steam train.

Queen is the self-titled debut studio album by the British rock band Queen, released on 13 July 1973 by EMI Records in the UK and by Elektra Records in the US. It was recorded at Trident Studios and De Lane Lea Music Centre, London, with production by Roy Thomas Baker, John Anthony and the band members themselves. The album was influenced by heavy metal and progressive rock. The lyrics are based on a variety of topics, including folklore ("My Fairy King") and religion ("Jesus").

The song is notable for its video where the group is performing the song on an open platform of a fast-moving steam train. The album version of the song begins with 30 seconds of slow vocal harmony. It was apparently written by Freddie Mercury for a different song which ended up never being released, A New Life Is Born. It then abruptly changes to a fast-paced rocker, that was written by Roger Taylor. Other song versions were created by either extending or cutting the introduction.

Now! Your smile, Speaks books to me, I break up, With each and every one of your looks at me, Honey you're starting something deep inside of me, Honey you're sparking something, this fire in me, I'm outta control, I wanna rush headlong into this ecstasy.
