Volume 2 Following on from Ewan Pearson, Cadenza's Luciano steps up for Soma Records to mix Volume 2 in its compilation series 'Sci. Created using only vinyl and his bare hands the mix illustrates Luciano's raw talents as a DJ. Kicking off on 'Orange' by D:Uni:Son, the mix begins on a head nodding feel; intense electronic music, drenched in melody, rhythm and intimacy. Luciano raises the stakes a little higher via Solieb's 'Lovesong' with its twisted short vocal that transforms around a smouldering attack of samples, chords, and punchy synths, later followed by Adam Beyer's big Plus 8 hit, 'A Walking Contradiction'.
Luciano (born Lucien Nicolet on February 24, 1978 in Montcherand, Switzerland) is a Chilean-Swiss DJ and producer. He is a five-time DJ Awards winner and ten-time nominee. He helped promote the underground electronic music scene in Chile. His DJ sets are strongly influenced by Latin American music. Luciano's initial style of minimal techno has evolved into a blend of house and techno.
Dressed to Kill is the third studio album by American hard rock band Kiss, released on March 19, 1975. It was produced by Casablanca Records president Neil Bogart, as the label's financial situation at the time did not permit the hiring of a professional producer. Dressed to Kill was re-released in 1997 in a remastered version. Possibly due to the short length of the album, original vinyl versions had long pauses between each track to create the illusion that the sides were longer than they were.
KILL YOURSELF Part IV: The Trill Clinton Saga. Released September 24, 2014. KILL YOURSELF Part IV: The Trill Clinton Saga Tracklist. 2. Lo-Fi (Kill 'Em All) Lyrics. This deep and somber EP is mysterious in its own way, as it is notably different from the first 3 Kill Yourself EP’s. KILL YOURSELF Part IV: The Trill Clinton Saga Q&A.
It showed that sound quality should not matter to a musician if they can write interesting music. Lo-fi showed that albums could be colorful murals of genre, rather than having to submit to a standard form, as a movement it was a great equalizer. It allowed anyone and everyone to record their music and get it out to an audience, and it shined a spotlight on artists that may have never received attention from the major music markets otherwise.
