The In Sound is an album by American jazz saxophonist Eddie Harris recorded in 1965 and released on the Atlantic label. The album features Harris' first recording of "Freedom Jazz Dance" which would become a jazz standard after featuring on Miles Davis' album Miles Smiles (Columbia, 1966). All compositions by Eddie Harris except as indicated.

1965 is the sixth studio album by American alternative rock band The Afghan Whigs, released October 27, 1998, on Columbia Records. It was recorded primarily at Daniel Lanois' Kingsway Studios in New Orleans, with other recording locations at Ocean Way and Larrabee North in Los Angeles, The American Sector in New Orleans, and London Bridge in Seattle. The album was produced entirely by lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Greg Dulli, who also wrote most of the songs.

The In Sound is a 1965 album by jazz arranger and vibraphonist Gary McFarland.

Maybe when I get the album finished and in the sleeve, then I'll get some sort of expression of it. When I did Pepper and the White Album I got an overall image of the album, but whereas with this one, I'm kind of lost. Recorded over nine years from 1956 - 1965, the album still sounds as crisp and fresh as ever. Decca pioneered the idea that LPs could record grand works, and with hundreds of releases of the Nibelung cycle since, it seems they proved themselves right. The first release in 1956, Rheingold, was such a success it even landed on the pop charts alongside artists like Elvis and Dean Martin. That's what I was trying to get-that sound-that was the sound in my head. The only other place I'd heard it was on a Morricone record. I'd never heard it in pop music.

Many fans consider this 1965 album from Charles Aznavour one of his best, containing as it does several enduring songs including Le toréador, C'est fini and Je ne crois pas. Also praiseworthy is Paul Mauriat and his orchestra, lending a lushness to much of this material. 192 kHz, 24-bit PCM – Barclay (France) Studio Masters.
