The Seminaries of Saint Paul is the seminary system of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. The Seminaries are made up of an undergraduate division - The Saint John Vianney College Seminary - and a graduate division - The Saint Paul Seminary. The Saint Paul Seminary also has graduate theology programs for non-seminarians in affiliation with the University of St. Thomas, called the Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity

Paul's Catholic Seminary is a Ghanaian Roman Catholic seminary located in Sowutuom, Greater Accra Region. It is in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Accra and is dedicated to the philosophical training of seminarians for the ecclesiastical provinces of the Roman Catholic Archdioceses of Accra, Cape Coast, and Kumasi. The seminary is affiliated with the University of Ghana in Legon, Greater Accra Region. It also admits seminarians from the Society of African Missions and neighbouring countries.

The Church of St. Paul is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. The sixth parish established in New York City, it was designated a New York City Landmark on June 28, 2016. Before 1834 the only Catholic north of Canal Street was St. Patrick's Old Cathedral. Rev. James Walsh and others said Mass in houses and barns in the outlying areas when a congregation could be gathered.

With companions, Francis knew he now had to have some kind of direction to this life so he opened the Bible in three places. Francis acted quickly because he acted from the heart; he didn't have time to put on a role. Once he was so sick and exhausted, his companions borrowed a mule for him to ride. When the man who owned the mule recognized Francis he said, "Try to be as virtuous as everyone thinks you are because many have a lot of confidence in yo. Francis dropped off the mule and knelt before the man to thank him for his advice. Another example of his directness came when he decided to go to Syria to convert the Moslems while the Fifth Crusade was being fought.

Priest and second Superior General of the Institute of St. Paul the Apostle; b. at Fairfield, Conn. 27 November, 1820; d. in New York, 3 July, 1897. His father was Rev. Nathaniel Hewit, . a prominent Congregationalist minister; and his mother, Rebecca Hillhouse Hewit, was a daughter of Hon. James Hillhouse, United States Senator from Connecticut. He was educated at the Fairfield public school, Phillips (Andover) Academy, and Amherst College, from which he was graduated in 1839.
