Bonifatius, Wiesbaden. Church in Hesse, Germany. As Wiesbaden was Protestant after the Reformation, the first Catholic parish after the Reformation was founded in 1800. The congregation first met in a Bethaus (oratory) in the Marktstraße. It soon became too small for the growing number of Catholics in the town, which prospered as a spa and Residenz of Nassau.

The Chor von St. Since 1981 it has been conducted by Gabriel Dessauer, who founded two children's choirs. In 2006, Dessauer conducted Karl Jenkins' Requiem, composed in 2004. In 2010, works of Bach were performed, his Mass in G minor and choral movements from cantatas BWV 140, BWV 12, BWV 120 and BWV 29. In 2011 the choir sang Haydn's Die Schöpfung

St Boniface's church is the parish church for the parish of St Boniface and at the same time the municipal Catholic church of Wiesbaden. The first impression is determined by a mystagogic light-dark in the interior of this large hall church. From above, daylight is refracted in the big stained glass windows. In the church the lights of countless prayer candles in different places invite the visitor to spend time in prayer. The visitor is automatically drawn to the centre where the main altar stands at the crossing. The eternal light in the sacrament chapel has a special aura
