Electro Eierbass is very tight. The other two tracks sound. Sparkling Sun is the even trancier track on the EP with nice strings and layered melodies intertwining. Music for the soul so to speak though I am not a huge fan of trance at all. Ritual Trance I am actually not sure what to make out of this given the other two tracks. I think I never played this track apart from listening to it once in the shop before i bought the vinyl.

Volatility smiles are implied volatility patterns that arise in pricing financial options. It corresponds to finding one single parameter (implied volatility) that is needed to be modified for the Black–Scholes formula to fit market prices.

Electro trance is a subgenre of trance music that fuses electro-funk with trance music. It combines the 4/4 time signature, the melodic saw leads and the athmosferic pads with the rich electro basslines. Usually it's tempo is 125-135 bpm. Along with house, trance is starting to take benefit from the electro legacy.

Absolutely fascinating record. Goes all over the place. Leaves me always bewildered. What was going on? What where they thinking? Electro Eierbass is very tight. The other two tracks sound ... very unbalanced, but kind of in an interesting way? Maybe?

After more than 25 years after release I think this vinyl finally deserves a review especially as 2 tracks of the EP were featured on 3Lux2, on of the pioneering techno visualizations before the x-mix series came into place. And actually those featured tracks are absolute gems given their minimalism and their built-up.Electro Eierbass is my personal favorite which starts of with a modest acid theme that would go through the rest o f the track , then the bass kicks in followed by a snare and so on and on until at 3/4 of the tracks all elements are in place and it just is the trancey banger it is supposed to be.Sparkling Sun is the even trancier track on the EP with nice strings and layered melodies intertwining. Music for the soul so to speak though I am not a huge fan of trance at all.Ritual Trance I am actually not sure what to make out of this given the other two tracks. It feels rather blunt compared to the other tracks... I think I never played this track apart from listening to it once in the shop before i bought the vinyl.
