Unreleased Tracks from Between Nothingness & Eternity is a live album by the Mahavishnu Orchestra, first released in 2011 as part of The Complete Columbia Albums Collection boxset, along with the other albums by the first line-up of the band, including The Lost Trident Sessions. As the title explains, the album contains other selections from the two Central Park shows from August 1973 from which the live album Between Nothingness and Eternity was culled.

Crystal Ball is an unreleased studio album by Prince recorded throughout 1986. The album was planned to consist of 3 LPs and cover a broad range of musical styles. Crystal Ball can be traced to late 1985 with what would be Prince and The Revolution's final album, Dream Factory. Since Purple Rain's release, each successive album became more of a collaborative effort between Prince and band members Wendy and Lisa.
Unreleased albums offer a tantalizing glimpse of an alternate rock universe just beyond our reach. Ultimately we're drawn to these tales not just for the music – which doesn't always live up to the hype – but because of the people who make it. Behind these projects are stories of some of the greatest artists of all time fighting for their creative vision against a commercialized industry or even their own band members. Get Back was envisioned as a back-to-basics rock album, free from elaborate production work, recorded live in a hangar-like film studio for a corresponding Beatles documentary. The premise was interesting, but the conditions were not ideal for making music, and the camera presence proved intrusive.
So, in "Nier: Automata Unreleased Additional Soundtack" compilation I made alternative variations of the released tracks, that combain all the unused in the released album variations of the in-game themes. The compilation is intended to be listened togather with the released album, which is quite clear on the basis of what's written above.

A convicted debater could plausibly make the case that the Beatles aren’t the best rock band ever. What no one could reasonably argue, however, is that any other rock band has had its existence more closely dissected and analyzed. There are books - thick ones - devoted to tracking each day in the band’s brief existence, and the band’s recording archives have been almost as exhaustively picked over.
