Anthology is a compilation by Asia highlighting the John Payne era up to 1997. Re-recordings of John Wetton-era material were prompted by a lawsuit filed by Wetton when the original versions were used on the initial release in Japan. New versions were allowed, as well as a cover of the GTR track, "The Hunter". Only Time Will Tell (Wetton, Downes). Arena (Downes, Payne). Anytime (Downes, Payne). Don't Cry (Wetton, Downes). Aqua Part One (Downes, Payne, Howe).

Asia is the self-titled debut studio album by English rock band Asia, released in 1982. According to both Billboard and Cashbox, it was the album in the United States for the year 1982. It contains their biggest hit "Heat of the Moment", which reached in the US on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Rare is the seventh studio album by British rock band Asia, released in 1999 by Resurgence. It was made up of the instrumental music, which keyboard player Geoff Downes and guitarist John Payne composed for the soundtrack for David Attenborough's documentary nature film Salmon: Against the Tides (tracks 1–16) and for an unreleased CD-ROM video game (tracks 17–22). The Exodus" is an adaptation of the main theme from the film Exodus (1960).

Rare is the eighth studio album by British rock band Asia, released in 2000. It is completely instrumental, and the only performers on this CD are John Payne and Geoff Downes. Tracks 1–16 were created for David Attenborough's nature film, "Salmon: Against the Tides", and 17–22 for an unreleased CD Rom video game. Rare is Asia's first studio album not titled with a word beginning and ending with the letter 'a'.

The album spawned a massive number four single in "Heat of the Moment," a follow-up Top 20 hit in the sweeping "Only Time Will Tell," and a handful of other tracks that received heavy radio play despite going against the grain of the new wave styling of the day. Produced by Mike Stone, Asia's strengths were the powerful vocals of John Wetton, the nimble, classically tinged guitar work of Steve Howe, Geoffrey Downes' majestic keyboard playing, and anchoring the band, Carl Palmer's propulsive drumming.

1992 studio album by Miyuki Nakajima. The album features "Shallow Sleep (Asai Nemuri)", a hit single released in July 1992. Nakajima wrote the song as a theme for Shin'ai Naru Mono e, a television drama that she made guest appearance as a doctor. Shin'ai Naru Mono e's themes song peaked at on the Japan's Oricon chart in summer of 1992, and thus became her first single
