One of my all time personal favourite tunes.... I want the Vocal Extended mix of this played at my funeral and wake!!

Throw her heart
Vocal extended is the one I play, massive choon back in the day, I'd say the remixes are as good as the original

Wot no comments?! The Afro Dub (B2) is cult sunrise material round these parts. Got so much use out of this back in the day and yet the vinyl still sounds mint. Peak all-time Italo business!

I think it's safe to say anyone who is in to dance music will know this track, or will have heard it at least. either some recent remix that isn't a patch on what came before or 1 of the original sets of mixes.there is no doubt the original releases are a classic, the 1990 original mixes more so then the 1991 vocal mixes. However as i have nothing to add to the reviews already there on those, i will have a look at the 1996 mixes. This double pack gives you the original club mix from 1990 and the vocal battle mix from 1991. You don't get the dub mix or the vocal extended mixes however, but never mind, that would have probably required another 12 and i suppose, they would be both less known and less played then the original club and vocal battle mixes anyway. You get the sure is pure mix from 1992. this is quite a decent mix itself actually, Definitely worth checking out. It seems to be a bit over-looked i think which is a shame.the way out west mix is probably one of their best remixes if i'm honest. It's rather up beat and more on the trancey tip then prog i think. definitely worth checking out.the desert late night dub is okay, it's nothing special. Probably wortha listen though.but the best of the 1996 mixes are by jimmy gomez. the voyage of discovery mix is a pure classic in my view. It really is a voyage, building and building slowly but surely until the famous melody kicks in later on. I first heard this on a dance pirate station in dublin back around 2004 and i loved it straight away. I never could find out what mix it was until a few years later, and managed to finally buy the release. the clubathon mix is equally as good but not near as long. All in all this double pack is worth checking out. It goes without saying buy the original 1990 and 1991 releases as well for the missing mixes which don't feature on this double pack.

Pure class, an all time anthem.Huge tune back in its day, that just rocked everywhere where it was played. This track just has all the right elements, crafted together to perfection, creating such a happy chilled summer vibe.As other people have said forget the vocal mixes and head for the Original Club or Dub mixes. This really was one of the seminal tracks of its day and still sounds amazing today.

anthem alert!! the "ambient version" will be on young marcos forthcoming compilation "Welcome To Paradise: Italian Dream House 1989-93 Vol 2: " Out on March 20. make sure to check out that selection, high quality stuff only.

Here is a youtube of the Dub Mix if anyone is interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYKLO9f6mNY

This is the instrumental version of the release, with exactly the same cat number as the black-labelled vocal edition. Back in the day all the peeps with the black labelled, more common copy, wanted to swap with me for my rarer, red-labelled copy. [The red label is instrumental, the more pedestrian black label has the full vocal on top]. Funnily enough, though, I love the vocal so I don't know why I never swapped it. Probably because I bought it whilst visiting Toronto and the record serves as a souvenir from Toronto as well as being a classic early Italo House cut.

Brick my own
The Way Out West remix is my second favourite of theirs behind Subliminal Cuts - Le Voi Le Soleil, really top draw progressive house.

Simply one of the best !! Timeless :)

Sasha Energy Eclipse 91 - Creative Thieves 'Nasty Rhythm' into Last Rhythm - genius still.

WOW,, this tune takes me back,, supose we all say the same thing,, well those who remember all the underground scene from back in the day,,, all the original ravers,,, im sure the originals apreciate being around and of that age to ov been a part of it all, i sertainly do,, it still sounds as fresh as the day, and still gives that feeling of passion in ya body like it did back then.,, i mite sound like gobledy gook,, but those who feel the same,, will know what i mean. absolute classic.. hands in the air,, bliss... and will always be a unforgetable song...

Superb original version (ignore the vocal remixes) of this classic italian house track that borrows a few subtle elements from Joe Smooth's 'Promised Land'. Beautifully produced, this balearic masterpiece still sounds invigorating today - a staggering 17 years later! Although I was too young to remember this being played out in the clubs at the time, I am fortunate to have a few live recordings that encompass the impact of this great tune from the likes of Shelly's in Stoke & Quadrent Park in Liverpool.

What can i say? Seminal track in the history of house music, a bonified end of the night floor-filler. Also good for breaking down a set when you need a cup of tea (or something stronger!). Re-released, remixed & bootlegged into house fokelore. Nice one.

Blissfully mellow house anthem from 1991 played by the likes of Sasha. Not the usual early nineties piano stuff but a tune that starts off with a simple synth effect which runs through the entire track. Builds up to the beat which once it starts keeps the whole thing ticking over....no vocals or piano (unusual for a house anthem) but a memorable piece of music that because of it's simplicity is a joy to mix with and listen to.
