Not sure where the info for 1000 came from. The pre-release/review copies came with various inserts. One headed 'ROOSTER' gives the limited edition as *Ltd.Edt.500* and mentions '1st lots with WEED SEED packs. Also there is a b/w pic of the band and a small sheet with pasted photocopies of reviews of the band etc.The outer clear poly sleeve has a small sticker 'Ltd. Ed. + WEED SEED' No release date is given on any of the enclosed material. You should also note the that disc has 'Made in France' at the bottom of the label.

General Info on the last (When the band were down to the last few copies of Coogan's Bluff, they ran out of inner sleeves to the vinyl in. So, if you were to buy one of the last remaining copies off of them at a gig (around 2007/8ish or so), you would've had your copy come in an inner sleeve belonging to a totally different band! I'm not sure how many different sleeves were used but some of them were Def Leppard's 'Action' 7" sleeve... Mine was/is!So there we go, a THIRD edition, sort of(!), of Coogan's Bluff... =O)
